My name is Amrita. I assist women in creating a safe space within themselves, cultivating the soil for self-trust to grow and blossom. I help women connect with their intuition and become conscious of their life path, reconnecting with their true and authentic selves to live according to their purpose.
I have studied at the Satvatove Transformative Coaching School and am currently pursuing studies at the BCACP Counselling School.

I work from a person-centred approach, aiming for self-empowerment and personal responsibility.
I began my healing journey at the age of 15, exploring various holistic methods to care for ourselves and deepen our understanding of our intuitive nature. At 17, I attended my first women's circle and discovered the power of natural expression and having a safe space to reveal one's heart and mind. This experience ignited my desire to create a practice where individuals feel deeply understood, allowing them to integrate and process trapped emotions and forgotten dreams.
Through transformative coaching, I was able to reconnect with my intuition and creativity, allowing my inner voice to emerge and take up space in the world. Experiencing this transformation fueled my passion for learning how to hold space in a safe environment and share the benefits of a person-centred approach to support others in their inner work.
